LISA NAUGLE
Artistic Director & Choreography Mentor

Lisa Naugle, Ph.D. choreographer and dance improvisation performer, has presented her work in Europe, Asia, South and North America.  In 2009 she founded DTM2 Improvisation Ensemble (DTM2 represents Dance, Theatre, Music and Media),
​a vehicle for bringing together pre-professional, professional and inter-generational performers for international projects, site-specific and urban events.  DTM2 has had regular invitations to perform in prominent European venues including the Conservatory of Santa Cecilia, Brazilian Embassy in the Piazza Navona, MAXXI Museum and MARCO in Italy. Lisa is the first American choreographer to receive The Absorption Project of World Famous Masters Award and commissioned to present an evening length work (Stitching Memories, 2017) at The Shanghai International Dance Center (SIDC). She teaches
choreography, pedagogy and directs special projects at
​University of California, Irvine.

LINDSAY GILMOUR
Co-Artistic Director & ​Choreography Mentor

Lindsay Gilmour, MFA is a performer, choreographer, improviser and educator. Her choreographic work explores presence, ritual and rebellion, fusing text, voice and the moving body. She combines the political, the mystical, and the absurd, both honoring and poking fun at the human condition.She has performed and presented works both nationally and abroad, most recently a site-specific work at the historic Castillo San Cristobal in San Juan, Puerto Rico with Pearson Widrig Dance Theater. Lindsay is the recipient of a Nehru Fulbright for Professional and Academic Excellence researching Ritual Dance in Tibetan Buddhist Nunneries and Monasteries in India. Her research explores the overlap between somatic movement practice and ritual practices across cultures.​

JESUS LOPEZ VARGAS
Project Manager & ​Design Mentor

Jesús is a project & stage manager from México who also produces,
writes & directs multilingual work for the stage & for the digital
world. Jesús also has professional experience as a photographer,
lighting designer, publicity artist, translator & journalist.
He will graduate from UCI with a MFA in ​
​Stage​Management in 2021.
